Fastfix is a mobile application for IOS and Android, which already works in 10 cities of Ukraine.
It was created in order to simplify the process of searching and registering at a service station (or other areas of automotive services) for the car owner.
It consists of two applications:
- Fastfix (for car owners)
- Fastfix Business (for business)
- Admin web app - for managing applications
How does it work?
The Fastfix application gives car owners the opportunity to send an application with a description of their problem, and get options for solving it from various services.
Services provide a response to this request, indicating the cost of the work and the time of reception. The user remains to choose the most optimal option for him:
price, recording time, service rating and location. After confirming one of the offers from the services, the user can plan a route and call a car service.
Fastfix Business is a useful tool for car service owners, because it allows you to attract new customers without spending on marketing and advertising. The advantage is that the service receives specific requests without spending extra time on processing them and identifying problems. With the help of the Fastfix Business platform, auto repair shops can effectively manage their schedule, analyze the number of works performed and the amount of income.
2. Market analysis:
Before developing the project, we analyzed the market of similar applications and did not find similar solutions (in Ukraine and the world) with its wide functionality, a list of services that can be used in one mobile application.
Opportunities for company growth:
- Coverage of Ukrainian cities
- Europe
- USA and others.
Given the lack of competition, the FASTFIX team decided to move from the idea stage to the implementation of this project.
3. Target audience:
1. The target audience of Fastfix is car owners, men and women aged 18 and over.
The size of the CA of car owners in Ukraine is approximately - 11 million.
2. The target audience of Fastfix Business is the owners of car service centers, car washes, spare parts stores, tow trucks, etc.
The size of the Central Auto Service Centers of Ukraine is approximately 50,000 (car washes, tire fitters, auto repair shops, detailing studios, tow trucks, etc.)
Application requirement:
- Car owners almost every day have problems in servicing or caring for the technical and visual condition of the car.
- Representatives of car service services are always interested in attracting new customers who then potentially become permanent.

Fastfix is an innovative solution that unites the needs of car owners and owners of car service enterprises, simplifying and improving the interaction between them. This is not "just a list of services in the application", but a full-fledged mechanism for solving the problem with the user's car.

- The Fastfix application for car owners is completely free, which makes it easier to attract new users.
- The Fastfix Business application is monetized through subscriptions that are integrated into the application. (month - 600 UAH, 3 months - 1600 UAH, 6 months - 2800 UAH, 1 year - 4200 UAH)

3) Admin panel for managing applications (Fastfix and Fastfix Business) - adding new cities and regions

7. Marketing strategy:

- Outdoor advertising at gas stations, (citylights), push notifications through WOG, OKKO, Energy, etc. applications.

8. Financial forecasts:
The company's first profits are already possible after 3 months of cooperation with STO. The company's profits depend on the number of connected car owners and service stations.
To achieve significant results, the number of connected and active car owners should be > 5,000 in one city, for example - Kyiv, and service stations > 200.
With connected and paid subscriptions from 100 service stations, the company can receive a reward in the amount of UAH 420,000 per year. It is described in more detail in item No. 5 (monetization)
9. Team:
The FASTFIX team already employs such specialists as: - SEO specialist and marketer, target specialist
- Designer, content copywriter

- Senior Full Stack developer
- Middle Frontend developer
- Sales manager, who connects service stations and manages subscriptions
10. Investments:
20,000 to 50,000 USD is required to promote the FASTFIX brand and applications
These investments will be aimed at:
- advertising campaigns
- payment of the Sales manager - application PR, etc.
For investors, we consider shares in the amount of 10 to 20%, depending on the amount of investment and offers for cooperation. It is discussed in more detail upon the fact and the start of cooperation with the investor(s).
11. Conclusion:
So, if we take into account what this project does not have:

- competition
-limitations for development (as it is possible to enter the markets of different countries of the world)
- is an innovative tool for interaction between the car owner and car services
FASTFIX is an attractive investment project that will have a high yield in the future with minimal payback periods.
