Proposal to the investor for financial participation in the production and sale of electric mini-vehicles intended for rural residents.

I propose to take financial participation in my project for the production and sale of five-wheeled two-axle electric mini-cars intended for rural residents who need to have a personal high-traffic vehicle. There are no analogues of the production and sale of two-axle mini-electric vehicles on the Russian market.

Around the world, a wealth of experience has long been accumulated both in the use and sale of such equipment. The Russian market offers the consumer such equipment in insufficient quantities and at too high a price. In the project I propose, these costs are much lower, which helps to reduce the price of finished products, reducing the logistics indicator to a minimum, while respecting the interests of the project participants.

My project includes the manufacture, assembly and sale of this type of electric mini-vehicles. Excellent quality and long service life of the component elements are guaranteed due to their constructive solution.

The project is commercial and implies strict observance of contractual conditions and obligations regarding its financial part. I'll start with a short financial plan: what, when and how much an investor who takes part in it gets exactly. For ease of understanding, we divide the financial part into two stages: 1 - initial - 3 months, and 2 - annual.

At the initial stage, it is proposed to purchase 10 units of equipment that fit in a 40-foot container, as the most profitable option for the delivery of equipment from the manufacturer's plant to the place of assembly of finished products.

I assemble on land that belongs to me as the owner. Under such conditions, the purchase price of 1 unit of equipment is $ 1,500.

The retail price of the sale will be lower than that of competitors and will be $ 3,000. The investor's net profit from the sale of one unit of equipment will be $ 1000.

The amount for the purchase of 10 units of equipment is $ 15,000. This is the main investment amount required for the implementation of the first phase of the project. The amount directly depends on the amount of purchased equipment, it is calculated by my partners and indicated in the commercial offer.

Income from the sale of 10 units of equipment will amount to $ 30,000, of which the investor's net profit from the sale of one container of equipment will amount to $ 10,000. The annual minimum level of sales is 100 units of equipment. The required investments will amount to $ 150,000. The guaranteed net profit of the investor from the sale of 100 units of equipment will be $ 100,000.

Basically, financial resources are needed to purchase equipment, which we sell in the future.

The time required for the delivery of equipment is from 25 to 35 days, it takes 5-7 days to manufacture and assemble it, the time required to sell the first batch of equipment is from 30 to 40 days. From the sale of each unit of equipment, the investor is immediately returned to the financial resources invested in it, including profit.

At this stage, time plays a decisive role, so my financial interest is half that offered to the investor. In addition, I just want to reward the investor for his participation in my project.

My experience and professional knowledge in the development of brushless motors, as well as in the design and manufacture of controllers for it, will help in technical terms to understand the structure of the equipment that I will manufacture and sell.

The electric car is an alternative to the existing option of transportation in rural areas, and its need is caused by economic factors. Rising gasoline prices, taxes, maintenance make the use of standard vehicles unprofitable. The prices we set below the market will increase the demand for our products, so the sale of 100 units of equipment per year is easily achievable.

To reduce costly mechanisms for renting premises, as well as to reduce production costs, I carry out the assembly of components and pre-sale preparation on the lands belonging to me as the owner.

Distinctive features of five-wheeled electric mini-vehicles from similar equipment produced in Russia.

The appearance for the consumer may seem absolutely identical, since they belong to the same type and class of equipment. A distinctive feature of the five-wheeled mini-car is the presence of an additional drive axle. It is this difference that contributes to a sharp increase in cross-country ability on Russian off-road and an increase in interest from potential buyers.

The addition of one more bridge increases the contact patch with the road surface and, in combination with low weight, as well as a small center distance, it becomes less critical to its ground clearance, as to the parameter most important for high cross-country vehicles.
