Project summary

I propose to consider the purchase of an operating company for the production of springs on an investment basis. The estimated investor's share is 50%.

At the moment, there are no analogues to this enterprise on the Ukrainian market in terms of the quantity and quality of the equipment involved. The period of existence is over 20 years The form of ownership is private. The property includes: a land plot of 1.078 hectares, production, office, warehouse space 3450 sq.m., a machine park of about 120 units, all necessary communications are available.

The company put up for sale is sold as a complete complex in a state "as is" by changing the founders.

The project is interesting for its internal potential and the possibility of real participation in the formation of the spring market in Ukraine. The availability of equipment and its technological capabilities make it possible to bring the enterprise to a leading position in Ukraine in this sector of production. It is also planned to bring the enterprise to international markets.

The enterprise is sold due to the reluctance of the heirs to conduct business after the death of the owner and creator of the enterprise.

Estimated volume of investments $ 1,100,000. Of them:

$ 100,000 - internal costs to optimize the interaction of all divisions aimed at the isolation of the technological process. Purchase, installation, launch of additional technological equipment: shot / sandblasting section, gas-plasma cutting section of sheet material, painting and electroplating section, vacuum packaging line, modernization of the thermal section.

The estimated full payback period is 5-7 years.
