Project summary

We manufacture and sell about 70 different types of products.

The volume of finished products per month - from 1000 m2 of modular slabs, paving stones and similar products.

Product sizes - traditional or customized. All our products are of high quality in terms of geometric characteristics and safety standards, which allows them to be used without restrictions. Products are sold packed in boxes, pallets, special reinforced polypropylene bags, big bags or in bulk at the discretion of the buyer.

Individual consumers also acquire a significant percentage of our production volume, to whom we are pleased to offer a full range of our products for paving and landscape design for the improvement of their homes, cottages and estates.

The enterprise is represented by such types of granite processing machines as:

- Frame saw with a diameter of 3000 mm for stone processing, manufactured by Promash, Poland. Serves for cutting blocks and slabs from 1 to 5 m3. Deviation of the size of the slab thickness diagonally up to 1.5 mm - 3 pcs.

- Double-side edging machines dia. 300 mm and 800 mm manufactured by Promash, Poland - modern multifunctional numerically controlled machines for straight-line cutting of flat slabs into tiles, and other products. Can cut natural granite, marble and other types of stone. It is used as a stand-alone machine or as a line component. The cutting head moves in 2 planes (X, Y), including the angle of inclination of the cutting disc in relation to the plane of the slab can be changed. The main elements of electronics are imported from Germany, Japan, Taiwan - 2 pieces

- Single and double-sided machines dia. 1200 mm - 1800mm, made in China, used for granite, marble slabs or different types of strong artificial stones -2pcs

- Multi-rip saws for 8 saws dia. 1600mm, made in China. Gantry multi-sawing machine for cutting stones type LZS serves for cutting workpieces after processing them on a machine dia. 3000mm for tiles, bedside tables, arches, flower beds and other similar products -2pcs

- Polishing semi-automatic machines of the AS-01 type - trowel-polishing machine is used for processing natural stone (granite, marble, quartzite, basalt and other natural stones). The polished surface is characterized by high parity and gloss, as well as low cost - 2pcs

- Machine tools for stone splitting for the production of paving stones, tiles "Skala" as well as shaped surface treatment. Stone splitting line with automatic conveyor.

From special equipment are presented:

On the territory are located:

• shop for processing freshly sawn wood - 27 x 8m + crane beam 3.2 tons;
• covered area for storing sawn timber - 20x8 m;
• hangar for machinery and equipment 22 x 14 m;
• capital building-boiler room, equipped with a 1 MW boiler and a feeder assembly for burning sawdust (Poland).

The equipment includes band saws, longitudinal and crosscutting machines from Magr (Chernigov) and a band saw with automatic deck scrolling - (WOOD-MIZER.)

Inside the territory there are 2 lakes with running water (110x40 m, 80x40 m.), Administrative buildings (2-storey wooden office, trailers for workers - 6 pieces, a hostel, a dining room, a guest house), a utility block (heated animal enclosures.
There is farmland - 4 hectares

The total area of land in private ownership - 7 hectares

The enterprise has its own substation 6 / 0.4 kV, KTP 630 6 / 0.4, city water supply, well, well. Permitted - installed power consumption 630 kW.

The territory is fully fenced and equipped with video surveillance.

The company has all the necessary permits for work.
